Lake Norman offers over 500 miles of shoreline and depths of 10 feet to 110 feet. It abounds with populations of striped bass, largemouth bass, spotted bass, crappie, perch, bream and catfish. The REEL GOOD is our 19ft CC Edgewater Charter boat that is used to take you to all points on the Lake for guided fishing at its best.

SEASONS:
Jan – Mar – Stripers on the troll and at night with fly tackle under the dock lights

April – June – Largemouth and Spotted Bass on the troll, and Striped Bass up in the river on the troll. Perch and crappie bottom fishing and on the troll

July – September – Night time bottom fishing for BIG catfish. Some early A.M trolling for perch, crappie and bass

Oct – Dec – Back on the stripers, with lightweight fly tackle both in A.M and P.M Hours and on the troll. Largemouth and spotted bass on the troll. Night time stripers back in action

November – Jan months under the dock lights.

Fishing trips include:
Cooler of ice and drinks (water, soda etc...), all equipment for fishing, bait and tackle
*Does not include, food, snacks, rain gear and other personal accessories.

Lake Norman Fishing Trips aboard the REEL GOOD are for 1 or 2 fisherman. If you have a third, then we are hiring another boat for comfort, convenience and for optimum fishing. The REEL GOOD accommodates 2 fisherman and your captain/guide.
