Float Trips for Smallmouth Bass

Some of the very best Smallmouth fly fishing is found closer to Charlotte, NC than you think. Madison River can have you all over the big bronzebacks within 2 hours of Charlotte.

We use traditional McKenzie style western drift boats and offer a full venue on the NEW RIVER for a day of smallmouth fly fishing. Seasons for success run from April – July, and then again in October and November of every year.

We also offer smallmouth trips on the Toe River Northwest of Charlotte, NC. Smallmouth trips are all-inclusive for your group, or for just yourself. We provide a shoreside lunch, all day beverages and all equipment needed for fly fishing. If fly fishing is not working, then we change it over to traditional lightweight tackle.
